• You have to explore La Guajira, always carry plenty of water to hydrate
• Wear a hat or hat so you don’t get sunburned because the weather is extreme.

 Activities can be done such as:

·         Drive four-to-five to watch the sunset

·         Horseback riding at dawn along the edge of the beach

You should buy souvenirs in Rioacha, get to know the ranches, buy Wayuu crafts and learn about their culture

   

WHERE TO GO (Places to visit)

 The best places to visit are:

·         The "Cabo de la Vela" for its golden beaches and the "Pilón de Azucar" where it will be the most special moments, you can sit down on the stone and feel the fresh breeze.

·         Manaure shows you a unique experience if you are going to know where the sea salt comes from and its process

The desert and the sea meet at the northernmost point of Colombia and feel like a hug, a paradise that you can’t miss

  

MY TRAVEL EXPERIENCE

I love traveling, so a few years ago I decided to share this adventure with my sister and my nephews.

 We spent five days in the Guajira, visited a beautiful all-inclusive hotel, it wasnewly opened and even had a private beach.

To travel to the guajira, the best option is to go in an airplane and take a taxi from the airport to the hotel.

The tickets are cheaper if you buy them early, but they are much more expensive

Keep only what you need in your suitcase, it’s very hot and you should always apply a lot of sunscreen
